How to access information
Information about Seqwater services and business operations is provided in many of its corporate documents, which are available through our publication scheme.
To access other Seqwater information, you will need to make a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 or the Information Privacy Act 2009 (if it relates to your personal information).
Your application must:
- be in writing in the approved form
- provide an address to which a notification of the decision may be sent
- be addressed to the Corporate Counsel
- include payment of application fee of $40.50 if the information you request is not related to your personal information.
How to make an application
Applying directly to Seqwater
You can submit a Right to Information or Information Privacy application directly to Seqwater using the Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application form (PDF 180 KB).

Application fee
If the information you request is not related to your personal information, you must pay an application fee of $40.50. This fee must be paid before your application can be processed. You may also be charged for processing the application and for making copies of documents.
