Administrative access is where we decide to provide access to certain types of information without the need for a formal application under legislative schemes such as the Right to Information Act 2009 and the Information Privacy Act 2009.
Administrative access is designed to facilitate routine access to non-sensitive information, or an individual’s own personal information.
Contact us if the information is not available and we will help determine if the information is accessible through an administrative release process, or we'll advise if you need to make a Right to Information request to access it.

Fees and charges
There is no application fee for administrative access applications; however, requests for copies of documents may attract a charge. These charges are:
- twenty cents per page for photocopying documents
- any fee that we incur to retrieve the information sought.
